  • The Kebab with Peanut

    The Kebab with Peanut is made with low fat lamb. After taking tendon of the lamb, it is chopped well with special knifes. After this, it mixed with special Antep Frond Peanut.

    It is spitted such as a bobbin and after cooking it on little furiously burning fire, it is served with special Urfa pepper and tomato which is cooked on the ember.

  • The Kebab with Hashish

    The Kebab with Hashish is made with low fat lamb. After taking tendon of the lamb, it is chopped well with special knifes. After this, the red pepper and black pepper is added to the lamb and they are mixed well. After that the meat is spitted as round.

    After cooking it on little furiously burning fire, it is served with special Urfa pepper and tomato which is cooked on the ember.

  • The Seasoned Hogget

    The fats and tendons of the meat that from haunch of the hogget is taken and it is putted in the milk to be seasoned for 3 days. After that it is seasoned with special Antep season and skewered as small pieces.

    After cooking it on little furiously burning fire, it is served with special Urfa pepper and tomato which is cooked on the ember.
